Kate joined the firm as an Associate in August 2022 after moving down to Blenheim from Auckland.
She graduated from the University of Auckland with a BA/LLB(Hons) in 2013 and has spent 7 years working as a general practice lawyer.
Kate’s work mainly covers property and conveyancing law (including subdivisions, leases, and refinancing), estates, wills and estate planning, enduring powers of attorney, retirement village occupation right agreements, and she specialises in Trust law. Kate is friendly and approachable and enjoys helping people to achieve their desired outcomes in a way that is as stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Kate is a busy Mum to her two little girls, Alice and Daisy. They are loving life in sunny Marlborough and exploring all it has to offer.
